Description of story: The World Economic Forum had a meeting and made a forecast that robots will destroy more than five million jobs over the next five years.
Description of problem: Many people are going to lose their job to automation.
Who has the problem: Although automation will affect many different industries, the article states it will have the highest impact on sales people, cashiers, administrative clerks, assembly line workers and taxi drivers.
5) Title: BankUnited reports 2015 earnings results

Description of story: BankUnited reported their income results for the year and decided that retail residential mortgages were hurting their bottom line.
Description of problem: The retail residential mortgage business requires a lot of scale and is not suited for BankUnited's strategic mission. They have decided to exit the business.

Hello Robert. I thought the five problems from your articles brought up great opportunities that could be capitalized on, especially the snowstorm and the future of our jobs articles. There is bound to be something in the future that makes having a flight delayed or cancelled a thing of the past. Also there’s probably going to be companies in the near future that try to utilize a good balance of human and automated workers.

Weather has been a huge issue these passed weeks. I posted an article about weather issues in Sarasota. A tornado hit the coast of Sarasota. This storm destroyed many homes and buildings. The article I posted talked about how people were coming together after a catastrophic event. They said the cleanup crew was consisted of some volunteers. This also creates an unmet need. They needed people for cleaning and construction. We shared the common ground of weather creating unmet need.
